However, users must remain cautious — always verify the identity of buyers or sellers before making payments or sharing personal details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Farmers Classifieds South Africa provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for:

  • Any losses, damages, or disputes arising between users.

  • Fraudulent activity by third parties.

  • Temporary downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
